ingredients:
- 100 gr fine white chocolate
- 3 tbsp butter
- 6 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg white
- 6 tbsp cake flour / all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp strawberry puree
- few drops of strawberry extract or essence
- a pinch of salt
Directions:
- In a bowl melt the white chocolate in double boiler or microwave with 10 seconds repetition until melt
- Whisk the butter, powdered sugar, and egg
- Add the white chocolate and the rest of the ingredients into the egg mixture
- Pour the batter into buttered and floured ramekin or tin
- Let it sit in freezer for about an hour
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for about 15 mins
- Enjoy!
