Pink Lava Cake Recipe


 
ingredients:
  • 100 gr fine white chocolate
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 6 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 6 tbsp cake flour / all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp strawberry puree
  • few drops of strawberry extract or essence
  • a pinch of salt
Directions:
  1. In a bowl melt the white chocolate in double boiler or microwave with 10 seconds repetition until melt
  2. Whisk the butter, powdered sugar, and egg
  3. Add the white chocolate and the rest of the ingredients into the egg mixture
  4. Pour the batter into buttered  and floured ramekin or tin
  5. Let it sit in freezer for about an hour
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for about 15 mins
  7. Enjoy!
